Welcome to the online DASH Landlord Accreditation course.
This course has been designed in line with The Landlord Handbook written by Accreditation Network UK. It is presented in 6 modules each covering a range of aspects that landlords need to be aware of in order to carry out their responsibilities in a professional manner. There will be a series of questions at the end of each module which will count towards your final assessment.
This course is the basic entry level for DASH Accreditation.
The course is also recognised by various councils including Nottingham City, Gedling , Mansfield and Ashfield and meets the requirements for the training condition for Licensing schemes.
If you have already completed this 'foundation' course as a requirement of your license and you have been asked to complete further training please feel free to do the ADVANCED course from the 'courses list'
How much does this online course cost?
If you are already a member of the DASH Landlord Accreditation Scheme, you will receive this training as part of your membership package and so this course is FREE to you. You will have been sent the enrolment code/key by email. If you can’t find this, call Connor Pryor on 01332 641111 with your membership number to get your enrolment key and access this course.
If you are not a member of DASH Landlord Accreditation but you would like to complete this course there is a one-off fee of £60.00. Please use the link below to complete your payment for the course, then return to this page to enrol.
