HMO schemes require landlords to obtain property licences and meet licensing standards and condition. This course provides the basic letting principles for HMO's, along with the legal requirements that all landlords should know before letting their property.
This course meets the requirements for Yorkshire & Humberside HMO training license condition.

Welcome to the online DASH Landlord Accreditation course.
This course has been designed in line with The Landlord Handbook written by Accreditation Network UK. It is presented in 6 modules each covering a range of aspects that landlords need to be aware of in order to carry out their responsibilities in a professional manner. There will be a series of questions at the end of each module which will count towards your final assessment.
This course is the basic entry level for DASH Accreditation.
The course is also recognised by various councils including Nottingham City, Gedling , Mansfield and Ashfield and meets the requirements for the training condition for Licensing schemes.
If you have already completed this 'foundation' course as a requirement of your license and you have been asked to complete further training please feel free to do the ADVANCED course from the 'courses list'
